Although I’ve been skating since I was 11, I only started freestyle skating a few years back. I can’t live without it, in fact there had better be skating in Heaven because I plan to be doing it long after I’m dead. Because of skateboarding, I have been able to travel many different places including Canada making new friends along the way. I am a graphic designer by trade and feel that skating is an art form something that I enjoy doing for at least one hour a day. Although I have finished school I am always studying my English as it seems to be the universal language of most of the freestyle community. This will be the fourth World Round-Up I have competed at, something I look forward to attending each year. The event is so well organized, and it is an opportunity to skate with the best freestylers in the world. I always learn something new when I’m there, not only improving as a skater, but as a person as well.
