By registering to compete in the 2024 World Freestyle Round-Up, you agree that the following information you provided when registering can be used for your Bio Card, including your full name, age, number of years skating, the names of your sponsors, and the region and country you are representing; example Alberta, Canada. In addition, your name, image, photos or videos may be used to promote this or future World Round-Up or Online Showdown, contests. Photo and video content, including your Bio Card, may be used on the World Round-Up website and social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and our affiliate or sponsor’s websites. By participating, competitors agree that their footage and some personal information, as outlined on their Bio Card, will be visible online and will be mentioned by our contest MCs. We do not sell or distribute personal information, nor will the World Round-Up profit from your image or skating. Our YouTube channel is not monetized, and we will never sell your footage. But contest and PR content may appear in promotional use from the venue or contest sponsors.
Minors under the age of 19 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf. By doing so, the minor participant and parent / legal guardian agree to the rules and guidelines set forth by The World Round-Up.
Note: All contestants must fill out an Insurance Waiver at Check-In on Friday, May 17th 2024, at the Alice McKay building (11 a.m. to 1 p.m.) If you are 19 or under, your parents must sign on your behalf.
The World Round-Up reserves the right to refuse a competitor from competing at the World Freestyle Round-Up or the World Round-Up Online Showdown. Unprofessional conduct towards competitors, staff, or spectators before, during, or after the contest or online could result in that competitor being prohibited from competing in the contest.
